virtual assistant

I am in search of a new virtual assistant who can work with me 25 hours a month. My superstar VA is leaving me to focus on a really cool project, so I am on the hunt for a new detail-oriented VA that I don’t need to constantly check in on because I know he or she is on top of all of the tasks I have assigned.

I need someone who tracks his or her hours and who can manage most aspects of my website, staying on top of all the tasks to keep my blog growing. I like to be hands-off, so this person should be able to keep moving with little guidance from me. Here are my specific requirements:

* Newsletter Management. I need someone who can set up and manage my twice-weekly newsletter. Some writing and editing is required. Familiarity with MailChimp and ConvertKit is a must.

* Website Management. I need a VA who is well-versed in WordPress.

* Pinterest. I need someone to schedule at least 10 pins per day using Tailwind. I am seeking someone who really knows the ins and outs of Pinterest and how to grow my following and click-throughs to my website from Pinterest. Check out my Pinterest boards here.

* Facebook. I need someone who can schedule at least four posts a day, including a mix of posts from my blog, other relevant posts and images/quotes that will resonate with my audience in order to keep growing my follower base. Check out my Facebook page here.

* Image Creation. I need someone capable of quickly creating share-worthy Pinterest-style images for at least two blog posts a week. You can see examples of ones I like that were created by my current VA here, here and here.

* Contributor Management. I have one contributor who writes two blog posts a week. I need someone who can manage this writer, edit their posts (to ensure a consistent tone and feel as my other blog posts) and let me know when they are ready for my final review. I may also be bringing on a second writer.

* Article Research. From time to time, I require article research for both posts on my blog and articles I write for other websites.

* SEO. I need someone who is familiar with best SEO practices who can identify longtail keywords that can be added to posts on the editorial calendar.

* Affiliate Work. I would like someone who can identify post ideas and themes featuring affiliate products that would resonate well with readers (e.g., rounds-ups, best of, etc.), and also write affiliate-focused posts from time to time.

If this is you, please send me an email with your experience and share your experience with each of the above requirements. Pay is $20 per hour. I look forward to hearing from you.
